No issues at all
I was concerned about buying direct from Gossard due to the reviews being 'less than perfect'! But I have to say I have now ordered 3 times, and all went very smoothly. Confirmation email received, dispatched next day, and all orders received within 3 days with standard delivery. Beautiful and good quality bras, so it's a big thumbs up from me!
APPALLING SERVICE
I placed an order on 4 April. Unfortunately the sizes weren't right so I sent back requesting a different size. Three weeks later I had heard nothing - no acknowledgement of parcel received, so I chased. Email back said this cane take around 2 weeks, which it was already beyond. Last week I chased again, requesting a refund. I have been told this will be done as soon as possible but did not hear back from an email asking when I can expect my refund.
IT IS NOW SEVEN WEEKS SINCE I PLACED AN ORDER AND FIVE WEEKS SINCE I SENT IT BACK REQUESTING A DIFFERENT SIZE. I HAVE NO BRAS AND NO REFUND. AVOID.
It is a shame as Gossard were my favourite bras for at least 5 years and I will not touch them again.
Impossible to get a refund.
It seems a standard practice for this company to accuse customers of wearing the items (and making them dirty!) before returns. It of course makes a lot of sense to do exactly that when you don't like the item and need to return it,doesn't it? Customer service is rude and unhelpful or non existent. I haven't had such bad customer service experience for a while now. I'm going to seek a legal advice as the whole situation is an absurd.

I was a bit worried about ordering from Gossard because of the bad reviews on here. Because there was a sale on and the reviews were good I decided to risk it. Had not problems at all. The order arrived quickly and everything fit. Really great prices bras, great quality and really pretty. Will be buying again!

Ordered off gossard.com nearly 2 weeks ago, got an email a week ago saying dispatched no information about courier. Nothing since.
Still not arrived have contacted customer services and had no communication at all.
Wouldn't order from here again.

My parcel was dispatched swiftly and arrived within a couple of days. I took heed from previous sizing reviews and ordered my normal bra size and for briefs ordered medium rather than small (I'm a 10/12) and the fit is great. Fabric feels lovely. Very pleased ?

Have been a good customer of gossard…
Have been a good customer of gossard for a fairly Long time. I returned an order as it was too small. Waited a long time for refund so I phoned them to be told it was getting sent back to me as it had been worn! Why would anyone wear underwear and then return it is beyond me. I simply tried on and then parcelled back up! How is that actually wearing it! Disgusting service and terrible attitude. £50 out of pocket plus the return cost too! Never buy from them again!

Terrible customer service
I received an email stating that the item I had returned was not in the same condition as it was sent out and they were not refunding me. I tried the bra on once and returned it with labels on in perfect condition. Terrible customer service. Will not be using again.

Avoid this company
Disgusting customer service. Being forced to pay to return poor quality items which look nothing like the picture. Complete waste of money and I will not purchase Gossard products in the future. Avoid at all costs. Matthew Paul, the ‘Customer Services Manager’ is probably the rudest person I’ve come across in the company and should not be in that role. Don’t waste your time or money on this company.

Not only do Gossard do gorgeous bras, but when one of mine ripped they replied within 12h offering me a replacement. Fabulous experience!
High charge, poor service
I ordered some goods from Gossard nearly two weeks ago. They charged £4 for delivery. I still haven't had the items, so contacted Customer Services. They said it could take up to 10 working days for 2nd class mail. This is not some very large parcel - it's three pairs of knickers! £4 to send by 2nd class mail is a rip-off and then to claim it will take 10 working days adds insult to injury. In contrast, I ordered some shoes from another company - sent Friday, arrived Monday. Same delivery cost of £4.

Gossard's customer service team are fantastic!
Gossard's customer service team are fantastic! I ordered a bra, and unfortunately I ordered the wrong size. I asked to exchange it and they did so at no extra cost. The bra is lovely, and I even got it in the sale so it was half price!
The lady even offered me alternatives if they new one did not fit - based on the bra I had chosen she offered similar styles and told me all about the materials, the fit of each style and where I could go to try them out on the high street.
A top british company!
